It seems like only yesterday when we met up with Hannah and Rodney down in Windsor for a pre-wedding portrait session, and today they had a lovely, joyful wedding ceremony at the Salvation Army Hall in Kettering with their reception following at the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa.
And they're the first bride and groom that we've photographed walking back down the aisle to a Coldplay song!
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Kingston! Here are a few early favourites:

Tabitha
Back in late July I photographed Abbie at Cripwell Farm in North Leicestershire. While there I briefly met Tanya and her gorgeous little daughter, Tabitha, and I said that I would love to photograph her one day.
Thankfully Tanya phoned me and prompted me and this afternoon I went back to the farm to photograph Tabitha.
I took far too many pictures as she was an absolute joy to photograph, and it's been quite a task to narrow all the images down to a small selection of favourites to post on here. I've selected the following six:
There may be more to follow in the next day or two as I had so many great images to chose from!

Lisa and James
Lisa and James booked us recently for their February wedding in Oakham with their reception following at Barnsdale Lodge, and I met up with them this morning for some pre-wedding portraits.
Here are some early favourites from our visit to East Carlton Park:
I hope you enjoy these images, Lisa and James, and I shall look forward to catching up with you soon.

Lisa and Tristan
Lisa and Tristan's wedding is getting nearer! They get married in early December at Noseley Hall.
We caught up today to discuss their latest plans and to take a few portraits around Market Harborough. When we agreed the date a few weeks ago we thought that meeting up and going into town on a Sunday would be nice and quiet. Ha! Little did we know that it would be packed for the annual Arts Fresco event, with lots of people in town waiting for the street artists who were performing throughout the afternoon.
Here are a few images caught while dodging the crowds:
And keeping ahead of the crowd...
...before a parade of giant red ants!
LIsa and Tristan, we look forward to seeing you on your big day.

GOLD!
I was delighted to receive a gold award for one of my images in last month's SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers) monthly competition.
The following image of Connell was awarded a gold in the 'Children' category.
It now goes forward to the SWPP's annual judging and will be published in their magazine, Professional Imagemaker.

Wedding Photography - Great Oxendon and Halstead House - Rozz and Iain are married!
Rozz and Iain had a fun filled wedding today. They were married at St Helen's Church, Great Oxendon, and their reception followed in the lovely rural surroundings of Halstead House.
There were one or two surprises, especially when they both jumped as the piper emerged and started playing the bagpipes after they had come out of the church!
And their transport was very dear to Iain's heart, a VW Camper van.
Here's an early sneak peak of some of their images; from bridal prep, fashion tips for the guys in kilts (!), gorgeous bridesmaids, great wheels, the piper emerging and a fabulous looking bride and groom:
And we couldn't help but notice that Iain is a little bit taller than Rozz (!):
Congratulations Rozz and Iain! It was a fabulous day and we were delighted to be there to capture it for you.
