Ruth and Jimmy were married today at St Peter's Church, Ashby Parva, surrounded by their family and friends.
It was a hot, humid day but thankfully it stayed dry apart from a brief period with a few spots of rain and, of course, when they were met by an absolute downpour outside of the church - a downpour of lovely dried petals, which must have been saved from many bouquets of flowers!
Their reception followed at the nearby Ullesthorpe Court.
Hopefully they'll see this sneak peak of a few images, starting with the 'downpour', before heading off on their honeymoon tomorrow:
Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Craggs! We look forward to catching up with you on your return.

If you go down to the woods today...
... you probably won't have as great a shoot as I had at this morning's bridal shoot with Ellen.
This was at a location that I've been wanting to try for a little while; a rusty, burnt out, old 4x4 hidden away in the woods. The perfect spot for some bridal shots with a bit of an edge to them!
Ellen was a fantastic model, climbing onto the bonnet and the roof of the car for some great shots.

Minarik Hair and Beauty
I went over to do some portraits the other day at Minarik Hair & Beauty for Andrew and his team at the recently refurbished salon in Kibworth.
After the portraits, there was time for a few shots around the salon:
Thanks to all, including the clients that were happy to have their photo taken.
Introducing ... Rambutan!
If you spotted some strange fruit around Market Harborough the other day, it was none other than the guys and girls of Rambutan, resplendent in their Rambutan tee-shirts featuring 'The Splodger'.
They wanted some formal (not!) images of the team for their forthcoming website.
Here are some of the crazy antics that they got up to:
And, 'The Splodger':

Leanne and Charles
Leanne and Charles are getting married next summer, with their reception at the glorious Rushton Hall.
For their first portrait session - another will follow next year closer to their wedding date - we went 'urban', around some of my favourite areas of Market Harborough, giving us some great backgrounds (not a white background in sight!!).

Wedding photography Belvoir Castle - Kerry and Nick are married!
Kerry and Nick were married this morning in the magnificent surroundings of Belvoir Castle.
It was any early wedding, 10.00 am., followed by drinks in the castle's gardens and a lunchtime reception at The Manners Arms on the castle estate.
In between drinks and going down to The Manners Arms we were able to go back into the castle for some fabulous photo opportunities.
Here are a few early favourites:
Congratulations to the two of you. We hope you have a fabulous time in Kenya and look forward to meeting up with you when you're back.
